Brennan and his team really came through with an amazing deck. After being quoted an astronomical price by another party I was introduced to Brennan and he quoted me half the cost of the other guy. Half the price. Twice the quality. The work is amazing as well as the service. I would definitely recommend Falks Family Renovation for any deck building or pergola needs!

After moving to Florida from Texas we needed some rennovations on our home we bought. We had visions and Brennan brought those visions to life. First with a custom floor to ceiling shiplap fireplace and replacing fireplace unit with an electric one. Then he built a bar outside on our patio from a hand drawn drawing my husband did, he brought our vision to fruition. And last, he added a countertop with stain in our laundry room and added some shelves purely based on what I verbally told him. If we ever need any remodeling in our home we will use Brennan every time.
